Jack, originally from Glasgow, moved to Edinburgh after earning a degree in French, Russian, and Central & Eastern European Studies. At university, he found his calling in the Scottish hospitality industry, gaining experience from dive bars to Michelin-starred restaurants before pursuing a career in Sales & Events.

An avid traveller, Jack is especially fond of Italy and enjoys exploring Scotland when at home. He’s a keen dinner party host, often cooking meals inspired by his travels. Music is another passion—he plays several instruments and, above all, loves to sing, even if his greatest fans are the neighbourhood cats and dogs.

Jack and his partner have transformed their home into a quirky tribute to mid-century style, with each room boasting a unique theme. His guiding motto: never be afraid to laugh at yourself.
