From its nebulous beginnings to its grand completion, this event has been full of twists and turns. Jack, you were absolutely wonderful, showing us around on our site, giving us a glimmer of what our event might encompass alongside tasty pastries and coffee... And I honestly can't say enough about how deftly you've handled those curves with me, Angela… with your calm and steadfast support consistently offering pivot ideas, assistance with tasks (your reassuring "leave it with me" should be stitched on a pillow), timely insights and opinions whenever they were requested, and overall setting us up with an amazing on-the-ground team and making us feel like we were in good hands no matter what. I'm not sure that I could have headed into an event like this, in the midst of a tube strike no less, and still have felt as confident that things were going to work out great had it not been for your team beside me. The Gala Dinner at Hopetoun House was without doubt one of the most memorable events I have ever been part of, and it will long live in the memories of the delegates. It was a very special event and a true highlight of the program. But it was not just the gala. The entire program, the city itself, every tour and experience including your guides, and the wonderful dining experiences all came together to demonstrate why Scotland is such a desirable incentive destination. Everything was seamless, engaging, and truly special. Having had this brilliant opportunity to experience it firsthand, I can say I am a very big fan!!! ...
