Having lived and worked abroad in Germany, Austria and Italy, Gillian brings strong language skills and an intercultural understanding to her role. With over 25 years of senior management experience in Scotland’s Destination Management sector, she offers extensive knowledge of the Scottish market and a proven track record in delivering exceptional client experiences.

Gillian joined Spectra in 2015 and is an active member of SITE (Society for Incentive Travel Excellence), currently serving as Treasurer on the SITE Scotland Board. Passionate about Scotland, she enjoys discovering new corners of the country in her free time. Outside of work, Gillian balances a busy family life with three teenagers and enjoys running, cycling, swimming, and travel whenever time allows.

Gillian is based in Edinburgh.
