Esme is a creative event management, marketing, and communications professional with an MSc in Renewable Energy and a BSc in Geology from the University of Hull. Esme joined Spectra in 2024 from her previous role which included managing B2B and B2C events, developing marketing campaigns, and creating content for social media platforms.

Esme is on the Proposal Design team in London and enjoys using her creativity and experience to help clients prepare memorable programmes throughout England. Esme is also a member of the Spectra 'Green' Team.

In her free time Esme enjoys baking and experimenting with new recipes, spending time with her Chow Chow, Teddy, sketching architectural details inspired by the buildings around her, practising Pilates and yoga, and has recently started a new running journey.
