Some of the projects we’re currently working on:
Board of Directors’ meetings
A plethora of Board meetings is giving SPECTRA the scope for providing exclusive events and activities for smaller numbers to support a series of meetings in London featuring a private visit of the Great Kitchens at Windsor Castle; a tour of Wimbledon Lawn Tennis Club; dinner and wine tasting at exclusive St James’s wine merchants Berry Bros & Rudd; elegant gala events at Lancaster House (considered by Queen Victoria superior to Buckingham Palace) and Spencer House, London’s only great eighteenth-century private palace to survive intact; or for those requiring a more modern backdrop for their dining experience, one of London’s most dominating, yet largely ignored landmark, Wellington Arch, standing at Hyde Park Corner; a stunning London Penthouse which offers the ultimate in dining locations situated on the River Thames, where guests enjoy magnificent 360-degree views of London from the 20ft floor-to-ceiling windows.
Supermarket sales executives
A six day incentive for 150 guests, based in London and Edinburgh, offering 5 star accommodation throughout. The programme includes a private dinner at the Tower of London with a medieval twist, champagne flights on the London Eye, a golf day at St Andrews and a gala evening to include best seats for the Edinburgh Tattoo with dinner at Edinburgh Castle.
Automotive company meeting
A four day programme, initially accommodated in Stratford on Avon for a meeting at the nearby manufacturing plant, is considering a gala dinner at Warwick Castle or Ragley Hall. The guests then transfer to 5 star accommodation in London. An excursion to the National Motor Museum at Beaulieu is planned and evening entertainment features London Eye champagne flights, West End theatre shows and a finale night dinner is under consideration for the incredible London landmark, 30 St. Mary’s Axe (The Gherkin), a private viewing of the Crown Jewels followed by dinner at the Tower of London, or perhaps a private evening tour of the State Apartments at Kensington Palace followed by dinner in the palace. Wherever they end up there is no shortage of choice!
Specialist Theatre Tour
A six day programme for 40 theatre buffs will include a private dinner at Gordon Ramsay at Claridges ; a choice of a private viewing of Kensington Palace or Tower of London & Crown Jewels and excursions to Windsor, Stonehenge, Stratford-upon-Avon. With accommodation located in theatre land, the highlight will be tickets every evening to the top shows in town, starting off with their first evening at the theatre to include some special VIP courtesies including a private drinks reception and post show supper with some of the stars of the show at the theatre.
