American insurance company in London
Spectra is preparing a progamme for 30 top Insurance executives and their spouses who will stay at the 5* deluxe Dorchester Hotel on Park Lane. We’ll be providing transfers, guided tours of London’s West End and City of London; a day out of London visiting Runnymede, Windsor & Eton, including Windsor Castle. Evening events we’re planning will include pre-theatre dinner and tickets to top musical Billy Elliot and a reception and dinner at Trinity House.

American VIPs’ exclusive 2 centre tour
A small group of top executives from the US will spend a few days in luxury in the heart of the Scottish Highlands and in Edinburgh. On arrival in Edinburgh, they’ll transfer by helicopter to their exclusive, historic Castle lodgings beside Loch Ness. Whilst there, they’ll visit Macbeth’s Cawdor Castle, have a private whisky tasting, take a train all the way to the Isle of Skye and return by helicopter; golfing and spa treatments are also on the agenda. The Edinburgh programme, based at the 5* Balmoral Hotel features the famous Military Tattoo, lunch at Dunkeld Castle, a falconry display, sightseeing and dinner at the Scotch Malt Whisky Society private members’ club.

Cost effective sales convention
We’re working on a London programme for 400 sales executives, where value for money is vital. We’ve included 4* and 5* accommodation, a hotel hospitality desk, airport transfers, a panoramic London tour for all, plus a programme of optional tours to places such as Bath, Stonehenge and Windsor. Evening events will include a traditional London pub evening, a restaurant dine-around and a gala dinner on board the Silver Sturgeon Thames cruise boat. We are also handling extension programmes to Bath and the Cotswolds for those delegates who wish to stay on after the main event.

Worldwide board of directors meeting in Scotland
An international association plans to hold meetings and associated events in Edinburgh for 100 board members and spouses. Accommodation and meetings will be at the 5* Sheraton Grand. Included are visits to the National Gallery of Scotland and the Palace of Holyrood House; a panoramic tour of Edinburgh and lunches at Rhubarb and Loch Fyne. There will be a dinner at Edinburgh Castle and a farewell gala dinner on board the Royal Yacht Britannia, for which SPECTRA will arrange kilt hire for all the gentlemen – providing a classic photo opportunity for the guests.
